Really like the touch ID functionality!

A great tool, a must for any mashreq bank client iPhone user.

Somebody has come with what he thinks is Italian design and perfect usability. Most likely that person has never seen true Italian design and knows nothing about UX. App is complete crap - loads terribly slow, menus and text are tiny, crashes a lot. Look at best examples on the market. Dont try to re-invent the wheel.

Very unreliable if you need to bank on the go.

I have been using this App for a while now and since the update on the 3rd of October, it doesnt load up, I get 3 alerts which I reject (location, Siri and notifications). Then it goes to the loading screen showing that it takes longer than normal, then simply hangs! If you creat or update an App make sure it works, test it, test it and test it again! Very poor quality as usual from this bank! You dont make possible, you make it impossible! Im sure that whomever developed this App for you can share reports of potentially how many less users have used it since the update, so pay attention to yours customers and maybe just maybe you will get some loyalty. Rant over!

I tried to transfer money to a non-Mashreq beneficiary from my list and the transfer was rejected. It asked me to enter a purpose of payment. There is no option in your iPhone app to enter purpose of payment, and thats why the transfer does not go through. Please fix it! Thanks.

Its not working after updating to ios 6, please update the application, its useless now.

I cant even get to use this app. Its asking for an activation code that I dont have and theres no option of asking for one.

I recently bought a new iphone and when i activate my account into this device, i get an error telling me im not authorised to use this app. Whoever designed this system, he is such a stupid dumb person. Really stupid and dumb... And im saying it again "stupid, dumb moron!"

Tried to launch the App a few times without any success. Even after a reboot it still does not open. They need to do some serious work to keep up with the technology. I guess its Dubai!

After update never worked , seems that ads are more beatiful than really is as usual .never tested the app before release ... Sorry sir !!!!

Few features constantly crashes. Waste of time

After launching application just showing loading .... After few minute showing an error alert .

I really dis like this latest version, its too slow and clunky. The interface feels more like it was made for a PC and less for a smart phone. Please bring back Version 3, which was amazing.
